We did a considerable amount of staining with different tissues (Human, Mouse and Rat) using many different tissue types including abnormal. The human tonsil and mouse spleen gave the most consistent results during multiple runs.
These are high quality immunohistochemistry Human and Mouse positive control tissues (FFPE).
The first slide (1) is stained (Ki67) for authenticity before sending to you.
These tissues are designed and specified for IHC, they are not optimal for other stain types.
Human tonsil, cut at 5 um and placed at top third of slide.
Mouse Spleen, cut at 5 um and placed at top third of slide.
Unstained slides are serially sectioned, air dried over night then baked at 60C for a minimum of 1 hour before shipment.
Every stained slide is microscopically checked for positive material and its corresponding box is labeled with a lot number.
