I used this antibody concentration at 1:200 for human tissues and got fair results.

If you need this antibody for tissues other than human, I would recommend looking at stronger concentrations like 1:100, 1:50 and so on.

I know from dealing with tissues in histology for years, that human tissues are generally easier to cut and stain compared to animal tissues. Animal tissues are generally thicker, tougher to cut and have epitopes that are more difficult to get antibodies attached.
